ABOUT YOUR ROLE
- Manage the entire process of sourcing, screening and selection of the best talent for our stores
- Draft and update job descriptions
- Manage all recruitment channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc)
- Conduct screening interviews and collaborate with General Managers on setting up trial shifts
- Coordinate pre-boarding of new hires (Right to Work checks, contracts, starter forms, etc)
- Create and nurture candidate talent pool for our stores
- Be the bridge between our stores and Head Office, ensuring our values and mission are present and everyone is an everyday ambassador at Poke House
- Strengthen, scout and collaborate with current or new platforms/recruiters to create seamless day to day processes
- Track and report on recruitment metrics
- Meet set KPI’s working in conjunction with HR manager
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Experience of working with Applicant Tracking Systems (desirable or willing to learn)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to plan and prioritise own workload as well as manage conflicting deadlines
- Passion for HR activities and the Food Tech sector
- Results driven
- People skills and conflict management
- Proactive and positive attitude with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Determined and ambitious
- Great communicator and contributor to the Head Office team

- Salary £25,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus based on KPIs
