POKE HOUSE SQUAD RULES

1. POKE HOUSE SQUAD

The POKE HOUSE SQUAD programme (hereinafter also referred to as the “Programme“) is the loyalty programme of Poke House s.r.l. (“Company“). By signing up for it, you will be able to take advantage of benefits reserved exclusively for registered customers, and in particular the possibility to:
  • accumulate points on purchases
  • benefit from personalised services
  • receive exclusive dedicated promotional offers
  • receive, with your consent, newsletters and information on special offers, activities and events organised.

2. Enrolment procedure

2.1 Joining the Programme is very easy and totally free of charge, as long as you are a natural person and at least 18 years old (Companies, firms and other entities with or without legal personality are not eligible).

2.2 You may register

  • by navigating on the Site at the following link Join the world of Poke House | Poke House (poke-house.com) , then entering the "Loyalty" section by clicking the "Sign up" button;
  • at one of the Poke House points of sale by scanning the QR Code;
  • through promotional material by scanning the QR Code.
  • through the various campaigns on social networks.

2.3 You will be asked to provide the Personal Data indicated as compulsory for registration purposes: name, surname, date of birth, email address and city where you are located.

2.4 Upon registration, you will receive confirmation of your registration by email.

2.5. You will have to install the Squad Card on your phone using Wallet technology (Google or Android) using the simple links that you will find both in the landing page and in the email confirmation of registration.

3. How to participate

3.1 Upon registration you will be given a Squad Card which you will use, under the conditions and in the manner described below, to take advantage of the benefits described above.

3.2 The Squad Card is digital only and is saved on the Mobile Wallet (Apple Wallet or Google pay Wallet).

3.3 The Squad Card is a loyalty card that:

  • is completely free of charge;
  • is valid in Poke House shops and only for in-store or takeaway purchases;
  • functions as a counter for purchases made.

4. Duration

4.1 Subject to the following points, membership of the Programme and the Squad Card are not subject to expiry.

4.2 You are free to cancel your membership at any time.

5. How the Collection of Points works

5.1 The Squad Card collects and keeps track of the purchases made: for every 10 purchases made the Squad Card, you will accumulate one point to get a free Poke that will be reported to the Cashier or to the online purchasing platform (“Prize“). The maximum redeemable value for a single Prize is a House Bowl Regular or a Custom Regular Bowl with the addition of two extra ingredients.

5.2 The Squad Card holder will then be able to earn points towards a free Poke in the House or takeaway.

5.3 In addition, the Squad Card associates the holder with dedicated promotions, even temporary, including but not limited to

  • welcome gift
  • gift for special occasions (e.g. birthday)
  • gadgets once a purchase threshold has been reached

6. Modification of your profile and cancellation of your membership

6.1 If you wish to terminate your membership in the Programme, you may do so at any time by sending an email to privacy@pokehouse.it

6.2 Following cancellation of your membership, all Personal Data relating to your profile will be deleted.
