FROM THE FIRST HOUSE TO TODAY I!

Poke House is the dream of two young entrepreneurs Vittoria Zanetti (1991) and Matteo Pichi (1987). During her studies in International Communication, Victoria went to California and fell in love with poke houses on the beaches of the West Coast, where surfers find themselves eating after days on the waves. Back in Milan, she met Matteo, at the time Country Manager Italia of Glovo, who immediately understood, before others in Europe, the potential of poke bowls and started thinking about the idea of launching the first restaurant in Italy. And so they decided to launch the first House in Milan in 2018, choosing the Isola district in front of the vertical forest.

We are Poke House: our mission is to bring positivity, wellness and fresh ingredients around the world, one bowl at a time We are a team, before a company. We learn together, grow together and win together. We put love into everything we do. We are driven by passion and positivity and believe in the power of smiles to offer all Poke House Lover an unforgettable experience. We have been thinking big since our first opening in November 2018 and now we have more than 160 Houses in Italy, Spain, Romania, Portugal, France, UK and US and participations in international brands like Sweetfin, Poke Perfect and Honu Poke.

RAW MATERIALS

The search for raw materials and suppliers is the basis of our product. We never look for the finished product, but for the fresh ingredient to enhance its qualities and create incredibly flavorful recipes.

RESEARCH

Continuous research is one of our key points. For each new recipe, for each new ingredient, we work with passion, doing many tests, to seek perfection. Nothing comes to our House if it does not reach excellence and even after introducing some news, we are not satisfied and we always look for a way to make every recipe better and better!

UNIQUENESS

All the ingredients and our recipes are unique. Personalization is what distinguishes us: we have always given our personal touch by making all the raw materials in our Houses and creating secret recipes for our sauces. This customization is very risky to ensure our very high quality standards, but thanks to the expertise of every single chef in our Houses we are able to maintain quality and uniqueness.
