Your profile
- Assist General Manager in maximising revenue opportunities and minimising costs
- Ensure the team provides the highest levels of service to every customer either in shop or through delivery
- Ensure product quality and presentation is maintained to an excellent standard.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of products and encourage staff to develop their product knowledge
- Assist General Manager with the recruitment process and trial shifts when required
- Together with General Manager identify training needs to improve team performance
- Ensure product quality and presentation is maintained to an excellent standard.
- Work with the General Manager on building a team within the shop which will enable it to meet or exceed targets and achieve bonus
- Ensure all company policies and procedures in relation to HR are fully implemented, communicated and understood by all staff
- Ensure that the restaurant is open and adequately staffed during the trading hours required
Your skills and qualifications
- Management experience in customer facing environment within food/hospitality industry
- Food Safety and H&S Level 2 minimum
- Ideally First Aid trained
- Good Planning and Organisational skills.
- Totally customer focused and passionate about the business
- Calm under pressure
- Be able to manage, motivate and coach teams
- Results driven with a proven track record of performance
- Computer literate
- Results driven with a proven track record of performance
- Good communication skills and fluent English

- Salary £24,000 - £27,000 pa
